GUIDELINES FOR HIRING AN ALLWAYS CAR HIRE AT CHRISTCHURCH AIRPORT

CHRISTCHURCH AIRPORT CAR HIRE PICKUP AND DROP OFF DURING OFFICE HOURS (8AM - 6PM)

AllWays car hire at Christchurch Airport offers free transfers to and from the airport terminal and from airport hotels. When you arrive at Christchurch airport, please call us from any public phone on 0800 288 699 and we will come to collect you.

We also offer hotel pick up. Please arrange this at time of booking or you can call us on 0800 288 699. The Christchurch car hire branch is 15 minutes away from Chrustchurch city centre.

When returning you car to our office if you need to get back to Christchurch city we can arrange a shuttle for you. We provide this service free of charge but please note you might need to wait for our next available shuttle.

CHRISTCHURCH AIRPORT CAR HIRE PICKUP AND DROP OFF OUTSIDE OFFICE HOURS (6PM - 8AM)

Late pickups are available on request. A pre-registration form MUST be completed and faxed back to us NO LATER than 48 hours prior to dispatch.

Your car will be at the AllWays Christchurch Office (11 Holt Place) which is approx 5 minute drive from the terminal. On arrival at Christchurch Airport, please make your way to the branch via taxi. On the right hand side of the entrance to the building, you will find a lockable key box. To open the lock you will need the four digits of your reservation. This will be the code used to access your vehicle keys. A NZ$30 charge applies for this service.

For all after hours returns, please park your vehicle at the Christchurch Airport car parking building, and follow the instruction you have received when you picked up your car. A NZ$45 charge applies for this service.
